Cameron Bell

Cameron Bell is a Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist, Group Fitness Instructor and Practitioner of NLP; Time Line Therapy and Hypnotherapy. He has worked within the Fitness Industry since 1991 in conjunction with his 21 years in the Financial Industry in which he has held numerous roles such as Team Manager, Coach and Learning & Development for Sales Teams for one of the Big 4 Banks.

In this time, Cameron has trained, instructed, inducted, coached & mentored thousands of individuals in measuring performance, setting goals & achieving success. In all roles, Cameron has been applauded for his achievements, innovative approach, pro-activity & organisational & time management skills. He has always had a passion for the development of others and seeks to assist people improve, develop & maximize their potential.

With experience in; Personal Training, Boot Camps, Step Moves, Sculpt, Abs Blast, Tri-Class, Circuits, Cycle (Spinning®), Body Pump®, Body Attack® & Body Combat®, he has really seen a lot of styles, fads & disciplines be introduced in the fitness industry.

He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Fitness and qualified as a Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer. He completed his training as a Master Personal Trainer and also was awarded “Institute Champion” for his enthusiasm, professionalism & passion as a fitness leader.

Cameron hasn’t stopped there. Having a strong belief that people’s goals and desires to change are a result of both the mind & body working together he is also a Hypnotherapist, NLP* Coach & Practitioner and Time Line Therapy® Practitioner. Getting to know & understand people and their motivations and limiting beliefs is the key to making lasting changes.
In 2012, Cameron also added Massage Therapy to his “toolbox” and completed his Certificate IV in Massage Therapy Practice HLT40307.

I had just moved back to Melbourne and was looking for new gym so one Sunday afternoon back in 2002 went to the Collingwood Leisure Centre to do a Body Combat class.
